Step 1 – Measure Your Mattress

Begin by measuring the Length, Width, and Depth of your mattress in centimetres (cm).
There’s no need to add extra to your sizes – each of our fabrics has natural stretch to ensure a snug, secure fit.

Step 2 – Select Your Fabric

Choose from three high-quality fabric options, each designed for specific needs:

• PU (Polyurethane Coated Fabric)
  A medical-grade waterproof fabric, the same type used in hospitals. Durable, hygienic, and easy to clean, it provides maximum protection and long-lasting performance.

• Coolmax
  A breathable polyester engineered with advanced moisture-wicking technology. It draws sweat away from the skin, keeping you cool, dry, and comfortable throughout the night.

• Waterproof Coolmax
  Combines the soft, breathable feel of Coolmax with a discreet waterproof inner membrane you won’t notice. Ideal for those needing protection against incontinence or spills while still enjoying the comfort of a homely, domestic fabric.

Step 3 – Customise Your PU Cover (Optional)

If you’ve selected PU fabric, you can add specialist features for extra functionality:

• Hygiene Flap
  Choose between a standard raised zip along the depth of the cover or upgrade to a hygiene flap, which shields the zip from fluid ingress – the same design trusted in hospital settings.

• Non-Slip Base
  A waterproof underside with an anti-slip finish, designed to keep your mattress securely in place and prevent sliding on smooth surfaces.

Step 4 – Choose Your Zip Style

Finally, select the zip configuration that best suits your needs:

• 2-Sided Zip – Runs along one short side and one long side for simple removal and fitting.

• 3-Sided Zip – Runs along one short side, the long side, and the opposite short side, allowing the cover to open more fully for easier handling.
